Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for volleyball players
- Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and techniques of the game
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve player performance
- Provide guidance and support to players during games and competitions
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play among players
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in volleyball
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively educate and motivate players
- Excellent behavior management skills
- Ability to climb stairs or ladders as needed during training sessions or games
